embracing that big, big energy
Everything is energy or, “Prana.” Life force. Never created nor destroyed, energy is magical, fluid, infinite & flows to transform through us, around us & beyond us. It is that Prana that translates into the vibe, frequency & channels we respond to in different ways.
Learning to trust & tune into our energetic intuition is powerful & discovering how Prana travels through different pathways or “vayus” shows us just how much, energy really is the root of all things.
When we gaze into the idea more deeply, we can’t dismiss how energy lends itself to persuading shifts and pendulum swings. Look at feminine energy, for example, and how it affects the moon and vice versa. The phases of moon affect the ocean and the tides, emotions, moods, etc., so why is it so hard to believe energy plays an even bigger role than maybe we even realize?
Our energy is wrapped up in our intuition. Ever get that little nagging feeling that something or someone’s energy doesn’t feel right or jive with yours? Well, that’s because it’s probably true. It’s just often times, we dismiss what we intrinsically know, when we should be trusting our gut and the universe more. They are ALWAYS on our side.
On the flip side, ever meet someone who walks in a room and you are just drawn to them? You’re not sure why, but there is just something that magnetically radiates out in the world and you want to know it and be a part of it? That energy-draw calls to your soul. Maybe it’s because you have something to learn from them. Maybe they’re meant to inspire you. Maybe they’re about to play a major role in your life. Or, maybe it will be just for a fleeting moment, but you were meant to exchange energy. Someone’s vibe is real. You can’t fake the funk on that one.
Energy attracts like-energy. When you allow the universe to really align with your whole being and truly trust the vast protection it has over you, you’ll see the whole world open up. The universe is your biggest cheerleader and will be the first to rally for you. That’s not to say they’re won’t be plateaus and valleys along the way, but…when you change your thinking and perspective… you shift your energy. When you shift your energy, the impossible can become possible and a whole world of miracles, big and small open up. But, you need to be ready to hear what I call, “those little whispers” and be ready to embrace them fully. Your energy is unique, it’s special and it’s needed. Because… it’s you. You…are needed. To trust in your energy and what your energy brings to this world can be difficult. Does it mean you don’t have the confidence (yet) to believe in yourself, your abilities, your light, your heart and your gut? Be forever mindful never to dismiss how your well-intentioned energy and huge heart can change the course of someone’s life, day, moment or second. Including yourself.
And…it’s also OK, to NOT let someone’s energy intersect with yours. It doesn’t mean you wish someone ill-will or harm - it’s just means it’s not right for you at this point in time. For your energetic circle. Your journey. Your healing. Your evolution. Send them the best intentions whole-heartedly, but stay in your lane. Truly, if we just go inwards, we all know what’s best for us during the different phases of our life. And like the moon, it can tug and pull us in all directions until we trust and learn the lessons designed by the universe to help us grow in life, in love and ourselves. Energy is where it begins and ends. Its power is undeniable and what you give is what you will receive. Believe in that. Feel that. Tune into that. Trust in that.
