mental health awareness challenge

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. To honor this important topic, that I am so deeply passionate about, I’ve created a 7 day challenge to repeat each week this month. Take this focused time to prioritize your own mental health & self-care by bringing daily awareness & mindfulness to each of the following. They don’t take long to do, but what they do is carve out dedicated time to tune into how you’re feeling, mind-body-soul & creates a practice of, pausing, “checking in” with yourself & making the necessary adjustments to live your best life. Why? Because, you matter.
